Industry Trend

1.Policy Continues to Support Industry Development.
Global countries continue to strengthen their policies on plastic management. The European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, and North America have successively released new regulations and policies on plastic circular economy, such as the mandatory requirement of 25% recycled plastic by 2025. In China, plastic management policies and the dual carbon targets support the “two flexible and one easy” approach for plastic products, prioritizing recyclability and easy recycling.

2.Sharp Increase in Demand for Recycled Plastics.
According to McKinsey’s prediction, global plastic demand is estimated to reach around 540 million tons by 2030. Recycled plastics can meet approximately one-third of this demand, equivalent to 180 million tons of “recovered materials” replacing virgin petroleum and natural gas resources. By 2050, plastic demand is projected to reach 1.02 billion tons, with recycled materials accounting for 60%, or approximately 600 million tons. Leading brands in the global consumer sector are already formulating medium- to long-term plans for using recyclable materials and recycled content.

3.Significant Demand for Recyclable and Easily Recycled Flexible Packaging.
Based on the consumption of high-performance polyethylene in heavy-duty bags for polyolefin packaging in China, the annual consumption is approximately 240,000 tons. With a conservative recycling rate of 95%, the annual recovery volume is estimated at around 230,000 tons. Despite the challenges in implementing reduction plans under plastic regulations and dual carbon requirements, the recycling of waste plastic from flexible packaging faces low value in the value chain due to an incomplete recycling system. There is a significant demand for solutions to achieve high-value utilization throughout the entire lifecycle of flexible packaging plastic products.

Solution Landscape

Integrating Soft Film Packaging Waste Plastic Resources

Integrating waste plastic resources from soft film packaging, establishing a standardized collection process for soft film packaging waste plastic, ensuring the quality and reliability of raw materials. Meanwhile, leveraging digital platforms to achieve accurate identification and rapid recycling of soft film packaging waste plastic.

Efficient Sorting
and Processing

Send the waste plastic from soft film packaging to the sorting center and use advanced sorting technology and equipment to classify and sort different types of plastics. Adopt an intelligent sorting master system to improve sorting efficiency and accuracy. Afterwards, finely process the sorted waste plastic using modification techniques and recycling processes to transform it into high-quality recycled plastic materials.

Manufacturing and Selling of Recycled Products

By partnering with leading international companies, we will manufacture high-quality recycled plastic products from soft film packaging, such as recycled courier bags and packaging materials. These recycled products have excellent performance and sustainability, meeting market demand. The project will collaborate with partners to promote the recycled products, expand market share, and generate sales revenue.

Sustainable Development and
Win-Win Cooperation

By integrating resources and optimizing processes, we aim to achieve efficient recycling and regeneration of plastic waste while promoting the mutual growth of partners in the industry chain. Our partners will share benefits together, maximize resource utilization, and drive the development of the environmental protection industry.
